Financial Assistance

Qualified applicants may receive assistance in the form of monthly financial grants of $100.00. These funds can be used at the discretion of the patient to supplement his or her needs. This wonderful program’s purpose is to enhance the quality of both the patient’s life and the life of their family. Due to our limited resources, we must consider that receiving maintenance medications alone does not qualify as active treatment.

This program is for a maximum of six months.
