Financial Assistance
Qualified applicants may receive assistance in the form of monthly financial grants of $100.00. These funds can be used at the discretion of the patient to supplement his or her needs; such as medications, groceries, doctor visits or utility bills. This wonderful program’s purpose is to enhance the quality of both the patient’s life and the life of their family.
This program is for a maximum of six months. After six months, if the patient is still in active treatment for breast cancer (chemotherapy, radiation, surgery for the removal of cancer) they may request a renewal application. Due to our limited resources, we must consider that receiving maintenance medications alone does not qualify as active treatment.
